Return Policy


Returns

Due to the nature of our goods, Straw Boss Comb Collective only offers returns in the unlikely incident you should receive an item that has been damaged in transit or has a valid manufacturing defect. Damaged/Defective items may be returned up 30 days following the Date of Purchase. Please contact us at strawbosscombs@gmail.com to initiate this process. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non refundable.

 

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our goods, we cannot accept exchanges on our combs. However, if you received an item in damaged or defective condition and you would like it exchanged, please contact us at strawbosscombs@gmail.com and we will work to quickly send you a replacement.

 

Change Your Mind?

If you recently placed your order and would like to change or cancel it, please contact strawbosscombs@gmail.com right away. If we have not begun fulfilling your order and/or it has not shipped, we can work with you to change/cancel your order. This is available on a case-by-case basis and is in no way guaranteed.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the re-shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
